Villa Massimiliano

Villa Massimiliano is the ideal solution for families with children. It is located in Solarolo, a district of Manerba del Garda, in a quiet and peaceful area, with many services easily reachable on foot.

The villa is newly built, completed in 2021, and offers all the comforts for your holiday, including underfloor air conditioning, controlled humidity, and a private heated swimming pool.

Villa Massimiliano is surrounded on all sides by its own private garden, with a large sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a pool measuring 7.50 x 3.40/5.00 meters, with a depth of 1.35 meters, accessible via a comfortable staircase. The pool heating system ensures a minimum water temperature of 25°C during the cooler part of the season (from early May to the end of September).
In front of the pool, there is a large porch with a dining table for eating outdoors in the shade, a gas barbecue for outdoor cooking, and a hammock for relaxing.

On the ground floor, the living room features a large sofa and smart TV (with international satellite channels), an open-plan kitchen with all appliances, a separate dining room with a table for 10 people, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a separate shower enclosure.

A comfortable indoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a large double bedroom with access to a terrace and a full bathroom.

The basement includes an additional large living room with a 65-inch smart TV, leading to the other rooms: two double bedrooms with wardrobes, one bedroom with two single beds, a third full bathroom, and a laundry room with washing machine and utility sink.
All rooms in the basement have light wells, which are particularly large and allow for plenty of natural light.

Villa Massimiliano also includes uncovered private parking for one or two cars; in front of the villa entrance, there are several free public parking spaces.

A short distance away you will find all necessary services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), while still enjoying a high degree of peace and privacy, as the villa is located in a residential area surrounded by greenery and with no through traffic.
We highly recommend using a private vehicle to move around easily and visit all the attractions that the Lake Garda area has to offer.
