Villa Laura is located in Solarolo, a hamlet of Manerba del Garda, in a quiet and peaceful area with many amenities easily reachable on foot.

The pool heating system ensures a minimum water temperature of 25°C during the cooler months (from early May to the end of September).

A convenient internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with access to a terrace and a second full bathroom.

The basement level features another large living area with sofa and Smart TV, from which you access additional rooms: one double bedroom with wardrobe, one bedroom with two single beds, a third full bathroom, and a laundry room with washing machine and sink.
All basement rooms have large light wells, making them bright and welcoming.

Villa Laura also offers two uncovered private parking spaces, and several free public parking spaces are available just outside the property entrance.
All essential services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) are nearby, yet you’ll enjoy complete peace and privacy, as the villa is set in a green residential area with no traffic.
A private vehicle is highly recommended for convenient travel and to explore all the attractions the Lake Garda area has to offer.
